ﻣﺎ ﻫﻲ ﻓﻮاﺋﺪ اﻟﺘﺪﻟﻴﻚ ﻟﻠﺠﺴﻢ  ؟

ﻳﻌﺪ اﻟﻤﺴﺎج أﺣﺪ اﻟﻌﻼﺟﺎت اﻟﺘﻜﻤﻴﻠﻴﺔ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﺴﺘﺨﺪم ﻓﻲ ﺗﺪﻟﻴﻚ اﻟﺠﺴﻢ وﺗﻨﺸﻴﻂ اﻟﺪورة اﻟﺪﻣﻮﻳﺔ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻣﻤﺎ ﻳﻌﻮد ﺑﻨﺘﺎﺋﺞ ﺻﺤﻴﺔ وﻧﻔﺴﻴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺸﺨﺺ، ﻟﻬﺬا ﻋﻨﺪ اﻟﺒﺤﺚ ﻋﻦ ﻣﺎ ﻫﻲ ﻓﻮاﺋﺪ اﻟﺘﺪﻟﻴﻚ ﻟﻠﺠﺴﻢ ﺳﻮف ﻧﺠﺪ أن اﻟﻤﺴﺎج ﻟﻪ ﻓﻮاﺋﺪ ﻣﺘﻌﺪدة ﻟﻜﻞ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺮﺟﺎل واﻟﻨﺴﺎء ﺑﺠﺎﻧﺐ ﻓﻮاﺋﺪه اﻟﻤﺘﻌﺪدة ﻟﻠﺼﺤﺔ اﻟﻨﻔﺴﻴﺔ وﺗﻘﻠﻴﻞ اﻵﻻم اﻟﺠﺴﻢ .وﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻟﻔﻮاﺋﺪ
